This ring is part of my Sticks and Stones collection and explores the relationship between organic forms and deliberate geometry.
The wide square band is built to resemble a cluster of twigs gathered and shaped into a structured form, bringing the randomness of the forest floor into a clean, architectural silhouette. The surface retains the irregular texture of wood, allowing the piece to feel natural rather than polished smooth.
Set into the band is a striking triangular druzy lapis lazuli, its crystalline surface alive with depth and variation. The deep blue stone becomes the focal point of the ring, offering contrast against the textured silver while echoing sky and stone at once. The setting is intentionally placed slightly off center on the hand, creating a quiet tension that enhances the sculptural quality of the piece.
The asymmetry gives the ring its distinct presence, making it feel discovered rather than designed. It is bold, grounded, and unapologetically individual.
This ring is a size 8 and is one of a kind. Created for someone who appreciates form, texture, and the beauty that emerges when nature and structure meet.
