If fairies wore earrings, they would wear these.
Each one is its own tiny world and asymmetrical by design, because no two fairies are alike, and no two moments of magic are ever quite the same.
The first earring opens with a lustrous coin pearl at the top, wide and luminous, holding all the quiet iridescence of the ocean within it. A carved tourmaline leaf extends from one side — pale green, delicate, shaped by hand into the form nature invented first. A slice of watermelon tourmaline hangs from the other side, pink fading to green at its edges like a tiny cross-section of summer. At the bottom, a moonstone glows with that signature blue-white adularescence — the stone that has always belonged to dreamers and wanderers and those who still believe in magic.
The second earring answers the first in its own language. A faceted rose quartz crowns the top — soft, rosy, the color of the first light of dawn. Another pale green carved tourmaline leaf extends to one side, its twin watermelon tourmaline slice to the other. At the bottom, electric pink cobalto calcite brings the fire, crystalline and alive.
And at the very center of each earring, where all four points meet — a disc of keum-boo.
Keum-boo is an ancient Korean goldsmithing technique dating back centuries, in which 24-karat gold foil is permanently bonded to fine silver through carefully controlled heat and pressure. No adhesive. No plating. The gold becomes one with the silver at a molecular level — a union as permanent as it is beautiful. The result is a warm, luminous disc of pure gold that glows from the center of each earring like a tiny sun, grounding all the color and magic around it in something ancient, refined, and entirely handmade.
Sterling silver leverback hooks keep these treasures secure and comfortable. They measure approximately 2" long × ¾" wide — small enough to be called delicate, remarkable enough to stop people mid-sentence.
Asymmetrical. Intentional. Entirely one of a kind. A fairy garden, suspended from your ears.
