These hoop earrings are part of my Sticks and Stones collection and were inspired by the overlooked beauty found on the forest floor, where fallen twigs cross and overlap, forming natural, unplanned patterns beneath your feet.
Made in argentium silver with sterling silver posts and ear nuts, the surface of each hoop is built up with textured lines that echo the interlacing of sticks and branches scattered through woodland paths. The pattern is organic rather than uniform, intentionally irregular, allowing the earrings to feel observed rather than designed.
An oxidized finish settles into the recesses of the texture, enhancing the depth and contrast of the surface while revealing the quiet complexity of the form. The result is a piece that feels both raw and refined, grounded in nature yet elevated through craftsmanship.
The hoops measure approximately one and a half inches in diameter and have a strong visual presence without feeling heavy. They are designed for someone who notices small details, values texture over polish, and understands that beauty often lives in what others pass by.
These earrings are a wearable reflection of nature’s patterns, translated into metal, meant to be lived in, not treated delicately. One of a kind, created as an extension of the landscape that inspired them.
