Repair/Return/Resize
Jewelry Repair
I stand behind my craftsmanship, and it is important to me that your treasures remain intact and secure. Please contact me for repair needs on any jewelry that you have purchased from me.
Returns
If for any reason you are not delighted with your latest Laura Stamper Design purchase, you have 10 business days from purchase date to return it for a full refund of the item cost minus shipping. Returned items must be in original condition. Returns from 11-30 days from purchase date will be refunded with a shop credit for the cost of the item minus shipping.
Custom orders are non returnable and non refundable.
Resizing
It is important that you are accurate with knowing your size. Some rings fit differently than others. Please contact me if you have any questions about your ring size. Most rings can be resized for a small fee.
