These asymmetrical earrings are part of my Pieces of the Sky collection and were inspired by the images of distant galaxies now reaching us through the James Webb Space Telescope, ancient light finally arriving after billions of years.

Each earring is a small, unfolding universe. A luminous baroque pearl anchors the composition, paired with moonstone that holds a soft internal glow. A tiny baby geode brings raw geological history into the mix, while a crystal of tourmalinated quartz cuts through with its natural inclusions, like dark matter suspended in light. Together, the materials echo nebulae, star clusters, and the quiet drama of space unfolding far beyond our reach.

The earrings are intentionally asymmetrical, designed to feel discovered rather than matched, as though each side formed on its own timeline. Despite their sculptural presence, they are surprisingly lightweight and comfortable to wear. They hang approximately 2 1/2 inches long from sterling silver ear wires.

These are not background pieces. They are for the woman who understands adornment as expression, who is drawn to mystery, scale, and story. Like the galaxies that inspired them, these earrings invite closer looking and quiet awe, reminders that beauty often arrives from far away, carrying history, wonder, and possibility with it.

One of a kind. Once they find their person, they will not be made again.
